Add owa wowa

Updates to the MARK framework:

1. Added OWA detection agent - has parametrizable weights

• changes to RequestHandler with new method FindDistinctValues() to help the OWA agent get more concrete data from the DB

2. Added "trigger_interval" parameter to DetectionAgentProfile - now Detection Agents can be set to run at specific intervals
3. Changes to the UI - updated numerical values displayed (sizes of the DB, unique Subjects)
